Ken Runkle-Profitability Through Growth

We had another great evening at SDS last week. Mr. Ken Runkle spoke to us on the practice management side with respect to growth. He related comprehensive practice growth to the four principles of airplane flight: lift, weight, drag and thrust. 

The principles were all ones that we can relate to, however probably one of the most important messages was: Always perform comprehensive exams, comprehensively diagnose and present comprehensive treatment options. 

The foundation of treating comprehensively starts with excellent leadership in the practice and an excellent supportive team all working toward the same goal.
